Chef Chris Combel (Co-Owner)- Has been cooking professionally since he was 17 years old.. apprenticed under Chef Gerard Crozier and Chef Patrick Perrier-trained in fine dining french cuisine Chris has added his own born and raised Louisiana style to the food he serves. Resume available upon request.
